New Clients at Spinal and Natural Healthcare Centre
We look forward to welcoming you to our unique approach to care at Spinal and Natural Healthcare Centre. Once you have booked your consultation, we will send you new client paperwork to complete before you come in. This paperwork is quite thorough, as it is designed to help us understand your situation and how we can best serve you.
Your First Visit
When you arrive, our friendly front desk team will greet you and help you feel right at home. You’ll sit down with our experienced practitioner, Dr Stuart Lawrence, for a consultation—he’ll clarify information from your paperwork and ensure that he understands your goals for care.
Your Second & Third Visits
At your next appointment, which is also 30 minutes, Dr. Stuart will go over his report of findings, along with any X-ray or MRI results. He’ll explain what’s causing your pain or other symptoms, then outline his recommended action plan and the costs involved. He’ll answer all of your questions, and then we will schedule your next visit.
In the meantime, we urge you to honestly consider whether or not you’re ready to commit to doing the stretches and exercises Dr. Stuart recommends. If you’re not ready to commit, we understand and there is no judgement! We will keep your records, and at any point in the future, when you feel ready to begin care with us, we will be happy to help you.
If you’re ready to actively participate in creating better health and wellness, we will begin your customised care plan on your third visit. The length of this visit can vary, depending on the therapies that you receive.
