In addition to general reflexology, I hold an additional qualification in supporting clients through fertility, conception, pregnancy, and the postnatal period. Reflexology can be particularly beneficial during these times, helping to alleviate stress, improve hormonal balance, and support emotional and physical wellbeing.
To ensure maximum relaxation, it is advisable to wear comfortable clothes to your reflexology appointment. Since the treatment includes massage up to the knee level, please wear clothing that can easily be rolled up.
Your initial session will start with a 20-30 minute introductory consultation. During this time, I will review your medical history and ask you to sign a consent form. This helps me tailor the session to meet your specific needs. Following the consultation, you will receive a 45-minute treatment session. We will finish with any questions you may have and observations I have made.
Subsequent sessions will begin with a brief discussion about how you felt after the previous treatment. This ongoing dialogue ensures that each session is customized to your evolving needs and health goals.
