What do I do?
I will work closely with you on a regular basis to really understand the root of any health problems or health goals you may have and I will support, focus and gently guide you to help build new healthier eating and lifestyle habits.
How do I work?
Following an in-depth one-to-one health assessment, I will create a bespoke and individualised nutrition and lifestyle plan, that is both practical and achievable for you. We will also work towards re-defining your relationship with food and nutrition, to help you break through any factors that could be keeping you stuck in unhealthy eating and lifestyle habits.
Who Am I?
My name is Toni Osmaston and I’m a Nutritional Health Coach and Psychologist and founder of Osmalife Health. I’m also trained in Eating Disorders and Obesity Interventions.
My psychology background has enabled me to create unique programs that allow you to change your life for good.
I really wish these programs had been around 20 years ago. Today, at the age of 56, I feel a whole lot better, and have tonnes more energy than I did in my 30s. Back then, I was juggling an incredibly stressful job in finance while bringing up my three young children. My own health was at the bottom of a very long list of things to do!
I was exhausted, miserable, binge eating and regularly suffered with headaches, aches, pains, and insomnia.
I had to change something… and I did!
Since retraining as a Nutritional Health Coach, I’ve transformed my own health using nutrition and lifestyle and my new passion now is to share what I’ve learned with as many people as possible.
I can’t wait to help you transform your wellbeing and empower you to uncover the healthier, happier, and more fulfilled you.

I base my approach on Holistic, Naturopathic principles using a mixture of Coaching, Psychology, Knowledge building and Cognitive Emotional Behavioural Therapy

I have a First Class Honours Degree in Psychology, a Diploma in Nutritional Health Coaching and a Master Practitioner Diploma in Eating Disorders and Obesity Interventions. I have also studied Socratic Questioning Skills, Cognitive Emotional Behavioural Therapy and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, or Tapping)
